How to Create Distress Spray Grungy Text Effect in Photoshop

 

Hello, everyone, I found another tutorial from Youtuber Panther on creating another text effect. This text effect is about making the text look more distressed and grungy. Honestly, this tutorial was challenging to follow because I'm still unfamiliar with Blur filters and settings, so this is my first time using this feature. Youtuber Panther uses a different font and texture background for this tutorial. He didn't provide the link to the textured background that he used in the tutorial.
